My Little Boys!

Posted by: rebecca meyer

We absolutely love having two little boys in our house now! Caleb is doing great, and Isaac is doing really well with his little brother! Here are some new pictures of the two of them--enjoy!
Taken this morning--13 days old! Personally, I think he is looking a lot like his big brother.

Believe it or not, that is Caleb under all that. Isaac has a fascination with baseball hats right now, so he let his brother wear one. This was the first time we let Isaac hold Caleb by himself. He loved it!

How cute! Actually, I think Isaac was kind of hoping Caleb would move so he could play with the activity mat himself.

We are going in at midnight to start things going. Please pray that:
1. It doesn't take too long. I'm afraid it may be a day or too before they actually put me on pitocin; it just depends on how long my body takes to get ready.
2. Caleb changes position to make labor a little easier--not looking forward to another 23 hours of back labor.
3. I really really really do not want a C-section. I also really do not want to be pregnant anymore, but notice there are more really's for not having a C-section?
4. That Caleb is healthy and safe!

Baby's coming soon!

Apparently I'm being induced tomorrow! That is a surprise to me, but a welcome one! Today a nurse from Sunnyside called to confirm my appointment to be induced tomorrow night--an appointment I didn't know had been made! I have an appointment with my midwife tomorrow afternoon, and apparently we'll talk about the induction and confirm it then. I don't know what time exactly the induction is--I suspect it will actually be really early Wednesday morning--but yeah! Baby is coming soon!
